Question

Lab Bundling

We have a Lab code sets that is constantly bundled;
85025
84443
80053
Paid as 80050 $total of all three above codes

or
80025
84443
84439
Paid as 80050 $total of all three aove charges

the 84439 FT4 is a totally separate test,should we be billing with a modifier?

Is anyone having this bundle issue? If so, how was it resolved?
