Exclamation Modifier 59 use by different therapists within the same group

We have several different specialty therapists in the same group that are for example each billing the same patient on the same day with a different CPT and dx codes and one would use modifier 59 for the procedure they did, example below.

Example:

97530-59 (performed by the Occupational Therapist)
92507 (performed by the Speech Therapist)

Do we need to use the 59 Modifier for this type of situation with multiple therapists billing under the same tax ID # at the same outpatient facility.

Thank you very much for your help in this matter.
