Question ICD-9 for pressure sores on fingers

Our patient is a 69 yo M with hx of stroke. His hands are permanently clenched into fists. My surgeon recently performed bilateral amputation of long fingers, and now he's planning to perform lengthening of R ring and R 5th flexor tendons to decrease clenching. His note states "R ring and 5th have nail changes and a few mm blood blisters secondary to pressure from tight fists."

Is it alright to use 707.09 (pressure sore, other site) and 736.00 (acquired deformity, hand) as the dx codes for the 26478 procedures?

I would code the deformity first.
