Question Thoughts on how to charge for a medication

Patient comes in and is given IV infusion of Rocephin. Since it is the weekend, Home Health will be giving him infusions for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Since Medicare will not cover their charge for the medication, he is given a bottle from the office. How can that be charged?:
