Question open and scoped RCR

Is it possible to code an open rotator cuff repair and a scoped one in the same surgical session?

Arthroscopic Subacromial Decompression
Arhtroscopic Rotator Cuff Repair of the musculotendinous junction of the
supraspinatus tendon
Arthroscopic Distal Clavicle Excision
Open Rotator Cuff repair at the greater tuberosity and in a different location, rotator cuff repair
Open Biceps Tenodesis

I am thinking that once they open to repair the rcr - I can not code for the scoped - any opinions?
