Default Radiology coding ?

How is productivity measured (by # of claims or $ amount of billed claims) & what is the norm in an 8hr day. Also, does this include insurance f/u & taking pt phone calls or strictly coding claims?

Default Billing?

Are you asking about a billing service fee?

Default Radiology Coding

Where I'm at, its timed by how many charges you code an hr. So if you have 800 reports, they expect you to code 100 an hr-get it? My employer also takes into consideration your denials that you would have to work.
