Fasciotomy question

Patient had four compartment fasciotomy and reports back three days later to OR for closure of one of the compartments. Can I bill for the closure?

13160 closure with mod 78

Yes, you can bill for the closure of the fasciotomies 13160-78 with location modifiers....50?
