Default Annual Physical with G0102 (medicare)

A 53 yr-old male Medicare patient came in for an annual physical. The doctor performed a prostate screening exam (DRE). Can we bill the G0102 code separately from the E&M code w/ a modifier or is the procedure included in the E&M? Any suggestions would be great. Also does anyone have anything from Medicare explaining this? Thanks for the help

In Florida, G0102 is bundled w/ an E&M code. If we bill for prevenative exams, 9936X, then it's payable.
