Question Trouble finding a code

Having trouble finding a CPT code for the following op note:

A separate incision was made over the distal tibia down through the subctaneous tissues. The fibrinous debris was removed off the anterior tibia providing us with excellant exposure of the underlying periosteal coating. The individual templates were circumscribed and two periosteal flaps were elevated in meticulous fashion off the tibial diaphysis. A lateral retinacular release was performed. Attention was then directed back to the knee. (where the patellar chondral chondrocyte implantation was done) which I know is 27412.

My question is any additional cpt codes that can be billed for the info above?
