Default Cvp?

Dr. writes in exam portion of exam "CVP is not elevated". My first thought was central venous pressure but this was an office visit. I don't think you can check central venous pressure in the office. I may be wrong though. Any thoughts what CVP is or is it central venous pressure and I am wrong about being able to check this in the office? Thanks for your help!
