ERCP help needed

I have a physician that performed an ERCP with biliary duct dilation (with an endobiliary dilator - not a balloon) and endobiliary stent placement. The stent was placed within a previously placed endobiliary stent. Is this type of dilation included in the stent placement? If not, what code would be used in addition to 43268?
