Default Urgent Question: Fetal distress secondary to cord compression

HELP!!

Do very little OB--filling in!

If a healthy full term newborn is delivered via c-section because of fetal distress/cord compression, where (if anywhere) do these diags gom Mom or baby?

Use 663.21 as your primary dx for the delivery.
