Default Prophylactic Brain Radiation Therapy

How would I code out a visit for radiation teaching for Brain Radiation when the dicated note clearly states the patient had an MRI with no definited metastatic disease to the brain? Our patient has small cell lung cancer and was brought in to discuss the potential of prophylactic cranial radiation therapy.
