Default Diverticular disease
I'd like to verify my feelings on this. Dx coding for a colonoscopy, if a phys doc "chronic diverticular disease" is it appropriate to code 562.11 diverticulitis? Also, what code would you pick for doc of "hx of diverticular disease" Thank you for your
