Question MIBI Adenisine test

Is this coded with 93015? I was told to use 93015 and 93018. I believe that they are the same codes. This is a MCR pt with this done in the ER. Thanks for any help..

Was there imaging performed during the test (78460), or was the patient monitored only by EKG(93015-93018)?
I have billed several Adenosine tests with the 93015 due to having an EKG report. If you can find out what test was performed, you'll have your code.
