Excision nasal radix mass

Need help coding procedure: transverse incision made over nasal radix & through skin & subcutaneous tissue, through procerus muscle mass, excised circumferentially off. It was attached to the periosteum. Wound was widely undermined to facilitate closure to proceus muscle. Deep dermis was reapproximated with 4-0 monocryl suture & skin closed also with 4-0 moncryl suture. Lenth of closure being about 2 cm. Mass was just over 1 cm with 2 cm complex closure. Would you code 21013 & 13151? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Mass was a ruptured cyst.
