Default Seems like a simple question but...

Our clinic does lab work for nursing home residents. I think these services should be billed by the nursing facility, however I have been unable to prove this to the higher ups in our office, who think we are responsible. Medicare has paid for these services, but recoups them at a later date. Am I right?
