I HAVE A DOCTOR THAT SAYS IN HIS DICATION THAT HE TREATED AN AK MEASURING 3X3 MM WITH LIQUID NITROGEN FREEZE-THAW-FREEZE CYCLE. WHAT CPT WOULD YOU USED FOR THIS?
