Default billing manager

We have an obgyn who has a nurse anesthetist come in when she is doing office procedure sometimes. Apparently, the obgyn provides the drugs to the anesthetist. How are drugs reimbursed? I have never billed for anesthesiology - are drugs billed separately? Are they bundled into facility charges or the anesthesiology CPT codes? Any help is appreciated!
