Default Hospital based clinic

Good afternoon.

We have an employed physician that works in our hospital based clinic. The physician is inserting an IUD (J7302 and 58300). The hospital (technical side) is submitted the J7302 and the physician is submitting the fee-for-service code 58300.

The hospital based clinic orders the IUD's. They are now wanting the physician to submit the J7302 code for reimbursement under fee-for-service. Possibly more reimbursement.

Is this acceptable????

Thanks
