Default Hospital Reimbursement for Cataract Sx
Does anyone know how to bill for Cataract surgery done at a hospital for CalOptima and what the reimbursement is? I'm in southern california and have searched various websites and manuals. Unfortunately, I've made myself more confused. Please help! Any information would be helpful. Thanks
