36147/76937

Can anyone tell me, if you use 36147 AV shuntogram if you can also use ultrasound guidance 76937 as well? To my knowledge the 36147 is all- inclusive.Am I wrong?

This code does include fluoroscopic guidance. There is a complete description in the CPT book that may be helpful.
