Nerve Excision Code

Good Afternoon.

We have a physician who excised a intercostal brachial nerve. I cannot find a code for this procedure. We have looked at all of the nerve excision codes and transection/avulsion codes, but nothing seems to fit.

Any ideas or a code would be most helpful.
