I have no experience with EMR. Today the GS I work for said to get ready for transition to EMR. Do you have any advice? This is a solo practice with a low patient flow. We currently use GE Centricity for our PM software. Thank you for your thoughts!

I have previously worked with Visionary about four years ago and found it to be lacking and the technical support was far less than prompt to reply to calls for help. That may have changed over time. I would suggest inquiring about support methods and timelines for responses.
