Default Home Health and G0154

I am totally confused about how to get paid from medicare for home nursing services. I know that the service is billed on a UB with revenue codes 055x, but are the "G" codes just for reporting? What about the 99500-99602 series? Are those codes payable or reportable? I have never billed home health and just want to do it right the first time. I have read the medicare claims processing edict but it just is confusing how we are going to be reimbursed for the services of a nurse. Please help!

Thanks!
Suzy
