EqualizeRCM (www.equalizercm.com) is based in Austin, Texas with offices in Washington, DC and provides outsourced revenue cycle management services to physicians and hospitals across 17 states. As our business continues to grow, we are rapidly moving into hospital billing to complement our knowledge of physician pro fee billing. We are looking to add a couple of knowledgeable hospital coders and billers. In particular, we are looking for current, reference-able experience in inpatient/facility Medicare billing and inpatient/facility coding. We anticipate combining that capability with our existing outsourced billing capabilities to service numerous small hospitals in Texas and surrounding states. We have immediate opportunities. Best candidate has at least 4 years experience in hospital coding and billing, is based in central Texas area and is looking to grow into a team leader position. We value individuals that are self-motivating, detail-oriented and provide excellent client service.
