Default dx for hip replacement

Patient is status post right hip replacement - having outpatient physician therapy. Do I use V57.1 for diagnosis. Need Help. Thanks

Did you mean physical therapy? If so then yes the first listed dx is the V57.1 after that you can use the joint replacement status.
