modifer 59 vs 51
Procedures 29881 and 29877 would I use modifier 59 or 51? Thanks

Per CCI edit 29877 is bundled with 29881 and is non modifiable.

Use G0289 in place of 29877. Yes, most carriers recognize it. No modifier is needed.
