Default Post-op visits Primary Code

If a patient underwent a carotid endarterectomy with patch angioplasty and came in for a post-op visit for vascular survelliance, how would you code it? I ususally use code V15.1 for vascular surv., but it isn't a primary code. They had surgery to care for caotid artery stenosis, so they don't have it anymore. What is the Primary code? NEW TO CODING.
