Default Fracture Care Question

I would like to know how you would in a fracture care global period of 90 days for additional cast or splint.
The patient had the original splint at time of manipulation. However, he was scheduled a week later to remove the original splint and put a cast on. Do I use a modifier on the second procedure?

Modifier 58.

The recasting and the supplies are not bundled into the original fracture care charge. In fact, some carriers (Medicare and otherwise) require the modifier -58 on re-casts.
