Default Repair of great vessels

When I am billing for more than one vessel repair, would I use Procedure code 33322 Suture repair of aorta or great vessels w/ cardiopulmonary bypass, only once?

Procedure Performed: 1. Mediastinal Exploration
2. Repair of Innominate Artery Laceration
3. Closure of Defect in Superior Vena Cava
4. Reinforcement of the Innominate Vein Laceration

Thank you for any help you can give me.
