? CPT Code for Excision of Cephalic Vein

Hi! Can anyone tell me if there is a CPT Code out there for:

Excision of left cephalic vein from deltopectoral groove to antecubital foss.....

We have heard that the unlisted code might need to be used, but, we wanted to check with the experts before we do use the unlisted code.
