PCNL for removal of stent

I have an operative report here, and the surgeon performed a percutaneous nephrolithotomy in order to remove an encrusted stent from the patient's ureter. I'm not sure how to bill that, but I was thinking of 50080, any suggestions???

52310 would be my only suggestion and depending on all that was done you might be able to bill both....
