if you got a charge ticket (encounter form). with


Reduction of anterior shoulder dislocation (procedure)


ICD-9CM- dislocated shoulder.


Would you come up with 23650


Keep in mind I work in a Family Practice. So this isn't to common I come across this.

yes if there is documentation to support that a manipulation was done in your office as well.
