Default 9204 a new medicare consult.

Can we bill 99204 with a 36416?

Can we bill 99204 with a 85014 or an 85018?

I just want to make sure they are not bundled together??

You should be able to bill these together. They shouldnt be bundled

For Medicare - 36416 is inclusive but they do pay for 36415

The labs should be ok
