Default Injections

How is everyone billing out. Rocephin 1 gram.
Because the only Rocephin HCPCS code I see is J0696 AND THAT IS FOR 250MG.

Seeking some guidance. On what coders are using, when there physician only injects a gram of Rocephin.

Thank You
Daniel

P.S- I know you bill first the 90772, just need the HCPCS code for Rocephin 1gram.
