Default forearm laceration

Forearm laceration

Deep structures involved, muscle fascia into muscle belly, probably pronator qualdratus.

Would 881.20 be an appropriate code for this documenation?

Thanks for any help.

Until and unless the documentation clearly specifies tendon involvement and not probably, we should stick to uncomplicated code. In this case, 881.00.
