-AY Mod for MCR labs

i am coding an ER pt. chief complaint- MI---also has ESRD, so, I need to put -AY modifier on some of the labs, but i don't know which ones?? HELP!!!!!!

From what I understand, All of the labwork for that visit should have an AY modifier.
