Default aneurysms?? help plz lol

If a patient has a thoracic aortic aneurysm AND an abdominal aortic aneurysm do you code them seperatley or would you use 441.7 Thoracoabdominal aneurysm??

Hello: For Thoracic I use 441.2 (ascending) and for abdominal I use 441.4. I have never used the 441.7. You may want to verify this with your surgeon.

Okay, thank you. I wasn't sure if it was a combo code for the two or if it had to be addressed in that way to use the 441.7 Thanks again!
