attempt coil embo of rt. facial vein AV fist.
Pt had a diagnostic angio. done on 9-12, pt. is brought back on 10-11 for above procedure, Dr. was unable to coil due to the velocity of the fistula and size of the vessel so the two coils that were placed were removed and procedure was over. My question can I bill the 61624 with a 52 mod.? Thanks in advance for any help
