CRNA billing Opthalmology Anesthesia

In Michigan, can CRNAs bill Medicare for Opthalmology Anesthesia 00140-00148 without anyone overseeing them? Is this the correct set of codes for 'sedation anesthesia' at an outpatient opthalmology practice? I did call Medicare but felt more confused after the call! Thank you in advance for any direction you can provide.
