I have been working in the medical field for 4 years as a front office receptionist and I am currently still employed. I offer exceptional customer service skills due to working with patients face to face and via phone on a daily basis. I am able to handle tough situations under pressure. I received my CPC-A (November 2010) and would like to be given the opportunity to build my experience with this new skill in medical coding.
