Can you bill an 87210 from an a Physicians office? If so does a modifier need to be present? Please help!

Yes, 87210 is commonly called a "wet mount" and is used in ob/gyn for looking at vaginal secretions for infections. No modifier is needed.

it is my understanding that MA/Access does not pay for this.
