For the first one (unilateral) is it upper of lower and is the bilateral upper or lower extremity?

93970 (Duplex scan of extremity veins including responses to compression and other maneuvers, complete bilateral study)

93923 (Complete bilateral physiologic studies of upper or lower extremity arteries.....)

I would go with 93970 for venous but make sure documentation supports otherwise 93965

for arterial 93925 bilateral study
