Ultrasound guided sclero

When billing for ultrasound guided sclero can anyone confirm if the correct billing is 36471 with 76942 or 76998?

hmm the vascular surgeons that I used to work for never used guidance. Is this something your docctors always do?

The only thing I can find on the net is billing a duplex scan prior to sclero.
