Default timing

can you use prior to arrival as duration or timing? pt splashed hot oil in eye flushed it immediately but now with residual soreness, it happend prior to arival..thanks alice

I would be comfortable using it for either one. You know when they arrived at the ED which makes Duration known as well as timing.
