Not completing treatment - Modifier

Does anyone know if there is a modifier for Medicare that could be used when a physician purchases Euflexxa which is injected once a week for 3 weeks and the patient decides that she does not want to do the last injection. The medication was already been purchased and we are not able to use it on someone else since these are given in cycles of 3. How do I code???
