Question more than one 50395...

I have a urologist that performed 50395-percutaneous nephrostomy tube placement x3 on the same kidney. Can I code 50395 x3? or would modifier -22 work better on the claim. Medicaid patient. I can't find anything on how to code this.

The patient a significant amount of stone remaining in her kidney, he had already removed almost 4 cm of the stone a week earlier but could not get the rest of the stone out so now he removed the remaing stone with the 3 tube placements.

There is an MUE edit on that code allowing once per day so the 22 might help.
