Default sentinel lymph node

A patient has a previous history of breast CA. The patient has a biopsy of a sentinal lymph node that has metastatic carcinoma. Would you assign 1963 as the ICD9? Any help appreciated.

Yes 196.3 is correct. I would also use v10.3
