Question antepartum with progestrone injections

I have a question in regards to CPT 96372. Per NCCI edit 96372-59 is allowed with antepartum care. Provider givens progestrone injections to patient to prevent PROM in high risk patients. Since the injection is associated with the pregnancy is the -59 modifier supported.
